3.5+ to 4.5! A high energy and fast-paced tennis & fitness class. Includes important parts of doubles strategy through cardio based games, agility, footwork, and speed drills. With music and games that will challenge your stamina, this is a great way for men and women of all levels to get a full body, calorie-burning workout.
